Return Policy:
If you have any problems or concerns with the product(s) you purchase, please contact us. Refunds or exchanges granted if there is a gross error on our part and you have a valid complaint. Please double check all measurements - No refunds for items not fitting. Sorry, refunds will not include your shipping costs. If for any reason the item you purchase is not in stock, you will receive a full refund of your payment including your shipping charges. There are never any backorders on items as all items listed are on hand and ready for delivery. We never charge a restocking fee on any returned item(s).
Discounted Shipping offer;
Purchase more than one item and pay highest listed shipping for first item and only $1.00 more in shipping costs for each additional item shipped in the US. *****Ecrater will not automattically adjust shipping costs upon checkout, however you may calculate your shipping costs to take advantage of the reduced shipping.
GOOGLE CHECKOUT;
First, please complete your order by using GOOGLE checkout but do not pay for your order at this time. Next, contact us to request an invoice and let us know you will be using GOOGLE Checkout for payment. We will then send you a GOOGLE invoice which will include the discounted shipping.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: If paying with PAYPAL, you may change the amount of your shipping costs before sending the payment. First, figure out which item has the highest shipping cost and add this amount along with $1.00 more for each additional item you purchase.
If for any reason, you are unable to change the shipping costs, and you send the Paypal payment without the discount, you are GUARANTEED a refund of the over payment. We will send you this refund Paypal account.
You may also choose to wait for an invoice from us before attempting to send your Paypal payment. First, complete your order but do not send the payment at this time. Next, contact us to request an invoice and let us know you will be paying with Paypal. We will then send you a Paypal invoice for the total amount due with the shipping discount applied.
MONEY ORDERS and CHECKS: If paying with a MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER CHECKS or PERSONAL CHECKS, you may calculate your shipping costs to reflect the discount. First figure out which item has the highest shipping cost and add this amount along with $1.00 more for each additional item you purchase. If you would like assistance with this, just email us after completeing your order and we will send you an invoice for the total amount due with the shipping discount applied.
We want to make this pleasant shopping experience for you. If for any reason you pay more for shipping than what was needed to reflect the $1.00 multi-purchase offer, you are GUARANTEED to receive a refund for the amount you overpaid.
